Our specialty is the Vietnamese Phở broth that is boiled for over 16 hours. It is served with thin rice noodles and a variety of options such as beef flank, brisket, tripe, beef tendon, and Vietnamese meatball. Each bowl is served with a fresh plate of bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapenos, and lime on the side.
